Our services include but are not limited to: wool sourcing, quality assessment, logistics coordination, and trade facilitation.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Claims regarding product quality must be made within the timeframe specified in the purchase agreement.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yang International Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service without prior written consent.

In no event shall Yang International Group, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations.

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

The place of arbitration shall be Shanghai, China, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

The governing law shall be the laws of the People's Republic of China.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
